Kenneth P. Morse, Founding Managing Director, MIT Entrepreneurship Center [1996 – 2009] and Visiting Professor, ESADE Business School, Barcelona

Ken Morse is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and global sales veteran, and is currently Chairman & CEO of Entrepreneurship Ventures Inc.

Ken is the Founding Managing Director of the MIT Entrepreneurship Center [1996-2009] and has been a Visiting Professor at ESADE Business School in Barcelona since 2009, where he teaches MBAs “Global Sales Strategies” and The MSc “Getting your Beachhead Customers.”

Following graduation from MIT with a BS in Political Science and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Ken co-founded six tech startups with MIT friends and classmates, all of which went global. Five did well; one was a disaster. He is a thought leader in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Global Sales. He has been active for 40+ years commercializing novel technologies, and bringing inventions from lab to market.

Ken was Managing Director of AspenTech Europe 1992-1996 when he opened their Basel office.

Ken’s 1-day and two day workshops on “Global Sales Strategies for Ambitious Firms” enable companies to significantly improve their performance against a tsunami of global competition. He guarantees CEOs who participate will:

  • Shorten their sales cycle
  • Reduce the uncertainty in their sales pipeline
  • Increase the average order size
  • Improve their recruiting of “A” sales managers, and reduce turnover.

The next sales seminar in Zurich is 23 January:

Ken is on the Board of Advisors and an angel investor in several ambitious young, fast growing firms in Boston, Quebec, Europe, and beyond. He is a popular, engaging speaker who consistently earns high audience ratings.

Ken is a Disruptive Innovation Advisor to Telefonica and other major firms, and served on President Obama’s National Advisory Council for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (NACIE, Washington) which launched Startup America and the JOBS Act, and where he chaired the sub-committee on Advanced Additive Manufacturing and 3D printing.

The title of Ken’s upcoming talk is:
